Our rates vary according to the type of suites, the time of occupancy and the season of the year. High season is from December 15 until January 15 and from July 1 until September 15.
There are 6 superior suites and 6 luxury suites. The area of each suites is the same but the difference is that the superior suites were built 10 years ago, whereas the luxury suites are new. The equipment and the furniture partially reflect the difference in age.

For longer periods it is available the price of the bare rent, with electricity and cleaning service paid directly by the tenant according to their need and consumption.
